Sunlight’s Silent Surface Damage
Heat and UV damage usually happen when exterior walls are constantly exposed to harsh sunlight and high temperatures. Over time, this can cause paint to fade, chalk, crack, peel, or lose its fresh color, making the home look old, dull, and poorly maintained.
Once the damage becomes visible, restoration can become costly because it may involve surface cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming, repainting, and repairing weakened areas affected by prolonged sun exposure. Why go through this hassle? Just prevent it from the very beginning.
